Do you have an addiction?

For each time we reach out and succumb to the addiction something in our mind has triggered it off.

I am just wondering through looking at some of our addictions, are we able to read something about ourselves. Is it not the addictions that are giving you a wake up call to see what perhaps needs attention to in your life. Maybe?

I play with my hair constantly when I write ... when I am thinking ... when watching tv.
I reach out for chocolate when I am sad ... and when I am happy
If I wear a woolen jumper I will constantly feel it ... sadness triggers this off. As if it were a comfort blanket.

Beauty is silent it appears when it is least expected in the most unusual places.

The Kite

Hey! Would'nt it be great to be like a kite. Free, flying with the wind gently moving to wherever it may take you. The wind as it's guide. The kite never resists it goes with the flow. Sometimes it twists and turns and sometimes it flies like a bird.

Spent most of late morning down town. It has so dawned on me that we have become a nation of coffee drinkers. People sitting in street cafe's as if they were enjoying a holiday abroad.
