Something to ponder on.
Fame or self;
Which matters more?
Self or wealth;
Which is more precious?
Gain or loss;
Which is more painful?
Extract from Tao Te Ching
These words left me pondering ... in this world it is all about striving to be ... when there is no need for we are Be ing. Self is more important.

Fear is our Limitations
Digital art by Marie MooreYou have to choose what you want to do
Then put this into action.
The choice has to be there, something stirs within and you can feel it.
I love that feeling, and you just know it is right, and you just know that Being is there with you.
Have you ever dreamnt it and then done it. Watch it unfold in the physical world.
We are all wonderful beings ... but we limit ourselves through our own fear.
Fear is our Limitation
Fear is that little darkroom where negatives are developed.

Stand on my Soapbox day!

God still gives us the sunshine for free, and the apples, and this land that we walk on, and the air, but there are those that want to sell you these things.
Why?
There are those that play God with our lives and our crops. Why?
Why is it that people still think they can fight fire with fire as in wars. Why?
The hungry people of the world, when there is stashes of food and grains going to waste. Why?
The answer is pure Greed and Power.
Our world could be made better if we all found compassion to help our fellow men, and to find the solutions for the problems.
Quote: "Impossible only means that you haven't found the solution yet.”

Necessaries — food, clothing, shelter, medical attention, basic education

All that goes on outside of you
Copyright Marie Moore
A fairy came visiting
ALWAYS BELIEVE IN THE UNBELIEVABLE.
I have found that over the past year my visits here have been less frequent.
It is awful, for this is what I love doing, being creative ... learning about people.
All that goes on outside of you tends to take over, and one leaves no time for self.
Self is very important, for if the self is happy and in good health then all that is around you can be tackled with ease.
Sometimes I think we shroud ourselves, and one cannot see clearly, solutions are blocked out.
Look to the inner source, look to God and whispers your fears to Him. The solutions will come, maybe not in the way we hope, but in the way which is right and fitting for us.
I hope that I can continue to come back to this place of meeting with others.
Hugs for you

Time for Self ... Time for Being
Leisure
William Henry Davies
What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
Are you giving yourself time? Do you have to rush? ... Stop and notice the beauty all around you.
Stop reading the newspapers ... give your money to charity ... chillout ... take up a hobby
Quotes:If you want to be happy, be. ~Leo TolstoyHappiness is never stopping to think if you are.
~Palmer SondrealMost people would rather be certain they're miserable, than risk being happy.
~Robert AnthonyThe best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.
~Mark TwainIf only we'd stop trying to be happy we could have a pretty good time.
~Edith Wharton Happiness is excitement that has found a settling down place. But there is always a little corner that keeps flapping around.

Gosh! almost 6 months no see
Gosh Folks!
Not realised I had not been here since February.
I have been so absorbed in images and writing blogs seemed to of drifted down to the bottom of the pile. I thinks it's time just to take pen in hand once again.
I see Don and Floots seem to be doing everything ... I don't know how they do it. Wonder men.
Thanks to anyone that has been popping in.
Its time to attempt to read some your works.
Hugs for you all.

The Mystic's heart is filled with Love for all
He will lend his hand to you upon the path if you fall
His work is never ever complete nor done
The Mystic always has time for His Wizardry fun
He teaches you to love all your brothers
The true Mystic teaches of God's Love and no other.
Extract of Mystic's in Love
The true mystic will never be understood, and those honoured as saints were likely, then and now, to be remembered more for what they accomplished (or for what their intercession is thought to obtain for their devotees!) than for their mysterious and often troubling focus on the divine. Many a mystic, Francis of Assisi being a prime example, is gifted in expression, yet the fullness of their union with God leaves us puzzled. Total unity goes beyond the senses and the intellect, and the greatest of poets is rendered silent by the inability to fully share the inexpressible.
Christian mysticism sees growth in spirituality as involving an ever deepening, personal relationship with God. The mystic, whose longing for a total bond with the Beloved, is not seeking nothingness, nor to “find the God within.” His Lover is also a Person, albeit one Divine. Since true contemplation is a gift of grace from God Himself, the mystic remains fully (and, perhaps, anxiously) aware that his own accomplishments and efforts cannot attain this union.

Love
Lend me your heart for awhile
And the warmth of your smile
As I whisper softly in your ear
You are my strength that takes away the fear
You are like the sun to me that brightens up my day
You give hope and understanding in every way
You are my heart beat that ticks every hour
You are that beautiful raindrop upon the softness of a flower
In my darkest moments you are the moon that gives me light
You are that eagle that takes me soaring high in flight
When you kiss me you fill me with desire
You rekindle love within me and light my fire
Your smile and honest words of encouragement
Gives me that feeling that you are heaven sent

A relfection of Love
A breath taking vista with divine connection
It reached the depths of my bewildering soul
And I longed to gently touch you my Love
The compassionate one, with a heart of gold
cloaked in kindness a wonderful gentle soul
I pondered if you could hear the whispers of my heart
You an angel whom the Gods sent here
A radiant light that brushed away my fear
I love you

At the end of the day
Photograph by trinitystarAt the end of the day
Sometimes its unwillingness to surrender
Crimson warmth stretches across the expanse of the sky
The sun bursts forth its final encore
Bowing majestically upon the horizons door
A horizon filled with hope
The curtain of darkness gradually falls
Like a black cloak flowing in the evening breeze
Heaven is the blanket that covers the dreaming soul
Until dawn breaks
And we awake
Quotes
“No matter how dark the night, somehow the sun rises once again and all shadows are chased away”

Images of Life
Beauty in Motion by trinitystar
Reflecting in silence by trinitystar
Complexity by trinitystarAt times we do need to reflect on the motion of Beauty
For Beauty flows in harmony with mind, body and soul to keep them free
Find moments to be still on the path of your life
Because sometimes you become lost in the complexities and bitter strife
Listen to the inner voice that beckons you to experience the infinite pond
Life is a gentle whisper, a breath; a kiss of love upon the breeze and beyond
quotes:
Pleasure is Nature's test, her sign of approval. When man is happy, he is in harmony with himself and his environment.”
Oscar Wilde

Your Homeless Brothers and Sisters
Can you imagine being out on the streets in these freezing temperatures?
People that are homeless are in a 'catch 22', no money, no food, no roof over their head, no hope.
Homeless people are treated like dirt, untouchables.
Perhaps who knows some of them are angels in disguise, could you help an angel?
Why people are homeless. people become homeless because :-
These include loss of employment, divorce, long-term illness. Others include domestic violence, substance abuse, institutional discharge and many other factors that make it difficult, if not impossible, for people to pay rent or make mortgage payments.
Homeless people do not choose to live on the street, they are forced to live on the street because there are no options for them. If they do not have an address they cannot receive money. If they do not have an address they cannot have a job.
In these financial and economic crisis that are looming over us at the moment we may find that there will be others that will fall into the catergory of being homeless. Governments and councils should not spend the tax payers money on frivilous things.

Homeless people do not choose to be on the streets subject to everyone's beliefs. Would you choose to sleep on the street in the conditions they do. Can you imagine your child sleeping rough or any of your family.
We all have a choice to do the thing that feels good for the soul.
I would love to hear from anyone that has any ideas of Solutions to solve any of the Worlds problems.
Keep the comments going ... any ideas that you have seen please send me the links.
Quotes.
“We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty. We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty.”
Mother Teresa of Calcutta
“If Americans ever allow banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless”
Thomas Jefferson
You can spend the money on new housing for poor people and the homeless, or you can spend it on a football stadium or a golf course. Jello Biafra
When I was living in New York and didn't have a penny to my name, I would walk around the streets and occasionally I would see an alcove or something. And I'd think, that'll be good, that'll be a good spot for me when I'm homeless. Larry David
“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”
Leo F. Buscaglia
“I feel the capacity to care is the thing which gives life its deepest significance.”
Pablo Casals quotes
HOW DO THEY DEAL WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE IN YOUR AREA?

I love the colours that I have achieved in these three images.
1) Purple Orbit.
2) Cosmic Christmas Tree
3) Angels Crown
If one can create beauty like this when one focuses for a moment. Can you imagine what could be achieved ... the boundless possibilities when you are open to God's Love.
