The is worth a watch ... it is a animation on Fear. :o)

F= False
E= Evidence
A= Appearing
R= Real
credits to worldwide enlightenment
A little something to ponder on.
Anne Frank:
The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.
Bonaro W. Overstreet:
Perhaps the most important thing we can undertake toward the reduction of fear is to make it easier for people to accept themselves, to like themselves.
Don Miguel Ruiz:
Death is not the biggest fear we have; our biggest fear is taking the risk to be alive -- the risk to be alive and express what we really are.
Dorothy Thompson:
Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live.
Dorothy Thompson:
The most destructive element in the human mind is fear. Fear creates aggressiveness.
Dorothy Thompson:
There is nothing to fear except the persistent refusal to find out the truth, the persistent refusal to analyze the causes of happenings.
May you all have a wonderful weekend. Hugs for everyone. :o)

Glad to see you made a stop at my blog today, trinity. :-) Fear really is such an awful thing for us, isn't it? Most of the time the thing we feared does not happen or if it does, it is not near as bad as we had anticipated. Loved the post and the video. hugssssssssss

false evidence appearing real..i had the most interesting experience one year,(in one of my silent conversations with Him, about osmething bothering me) and thats been a lesson that always keeps coming back to mind, how the mind can manufacture any evidence so 'real'ly...and it bears out these four words you have written so well..:))

trinity, thanks!!!

and over my visits here ive found so mnay similarities, in our thoughts and posts, its amazed me!!

have a wonderful weekend!
