Does God Exist?

Does God Exist - The Big QuestionsDoes God exist?

An answer to this fundamental question is a prerequisite for answering the other big questions of life: Where did we come from?
Why are we here?
Do we serve a purpose?
Do we have any intrinsic value?
What happens after we die?
The question of the existence of God is fundamental.

Would be lovely to read your views. All yours to comment as you feel.

Hugs for everyone.

quotes.

What we are is God's gift to us. What we become is our gift to God.
Eleanor Powell

We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls.
Mother Teresa

When God gave you to me he never said that you were mine, that I could keep you always--only borrowed for a time. Now, He's called you home, I'm sad and I shed tears. Yet, I'm glad He loaned you to me and we had these many years

Have a wonderful weekend.

God is beyond duality.
Therefore God neither exists nor does not exist.
Only the heart can know God

Great post, I think God is different for everyone, but the same being.. we just see him differently. As far as where we come from.. that is hard to know for sure. If we believe the bible then at least some of us came from creation, but that does not explain why there were apparently others on the earth before.

Age old questions are good ones! :)

I'm nontheist: nonreligious attitudes characterized by the lack of—or simply the exclusion of—the beliefs in a personal god or gods and the general concept of theism.

I agree with the comment that the idea of "God" is beyond knowing or not knowing.

My views are also very similar to what Richard Dawkins calls a "De Facto Atheist." Which means, very low probability that a personal God exists but short of zero. In Dawkins words:

"I can not know for certain but I think God is very improbable, and I live my life on the assumption he is not there."

What if knowing the God question is a trick to remove you from the Game? Guide is the role of awareness development but to be Gifted takes appreciation (processing.) HumanBeing is half verb & that is God. God is good, for better (or worse - if IT touches the ground)
a very merry re-birth-day!
